- What are the support hours?
- The team answers Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Brasília time). A message sent over the weekend goes into Monday's queue, and the 24-hour window counts from there.
- How long until I get a reply?
- Within 24 hours. It is the same deadline for a simple question and for a technical problem: when the full fix needs longer, you still get a reply within 24 hours with what has been found so far.
- Can I suggest new features?
- You can. Use the form above and pick "Improvement suggestions". Every idea is reviewed by our product team.
- How do I report a bug or a technical problem?
- Describe in detail what happened, including what you were doing when the error showed up. A screenshot helps a lot — the technical team investigates fast.
- Do you offer demos?
- Yes. For teaching institutions or study groups, the team runs personalised demos. Write in to book yours.
